Fixolin 400 contains Doxofylline, a Bronchodilator medication used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It can also alleviate apnea and other respiratory conditions linked with bronchospasm.

During treatment with Fixolin 400, your doctor will regularly monitor your blood levels of doxofylline and adjust the dosage as necessary. It’s advisable to limit your intake of caffeine-containing foods and beverages (such as coffee) while using Fixolin 400.
Before taking Fixolin 400, inform your doctor about any liver, kidney, or heart issues you may have. Additionally, disclose any history of hypertension, hyperthyroidism, stomach ulcers, or concurrent infections.
Fixolin 400 is not recommended for individuals with severe hypotension or heart problems (like myocardial infarction). It is also contraindicated in breastfeeding women.
