Bromazepam is a short-acting benzodiazepine with intermediate onset commonly used to treat panic disorders and severe anxiety.
Freten is indicated for:
- Emotional disturbances such as acute tension and anxiety states, interpersonal difficulties, agitation, insomnia, and anxious/agitated depressive reactions.
- Functional disturbances in the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, including pseudo angina pectoris, pericardial anxiety, tachycardia, monogenic hypertension, dyspnea, and hyperventilation.
- Gastrointestinal disturbances like irritable bowel syndrome, epigastric pain, spasms, bloating, and diarrhea.
- Urinary tract disturbances, including frequency, irritable bladder, and dysmenorrhea.
- Psychosomatic disorders such as psychogenic headache, asthma, and gastric/duodenal ulcers.
- Emotional reactions to chronic organic diseases.
