Lulider is used in the treatment of various fungal infections such as tinea pedis (fungal infection between the toes), tinea cruris (red and itchy rash in the warm and moist areas of the body) and tinea corporis (ringworm fungal infection).
Luliconazole works by damaging the fungal cell membrane, which is essential for its survival, ultimately killing the fungus and relieving symptoms like itching, irritation, and discomfort. Lulider is not recommended for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women unless considered necessary. It is not recommended for use in children 12 years of age and below unless clearly necessary. This medicine should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years or older).
