Mirogabalin Besylate 10

• Adults: Start with 5 mg twice daily, gradually increase by 5 mg weekly to a maximum of 15 mg twice daily. Dose may be maintained between 10–15 mg twice daily, depending on age and clinical response.
• Children/Adolescents: Safety and efficacy not established.
• Hepatic impairment: Mild to moderate – generally safe; no data for severe impairment.

Renal impairment:

1. Mild: Start with 5 mg twice daily → may increase to 10 mg twice daily
2. Moderate: Start with 2.5 mg twice daily → may increase to 7.5 mg twice daily
3. Severe: Start with 2.5 mg once daily → may increase to 7.5 mg once daily
