Pan D Capsule is indicated for the management of:
- Acidity
- Heartburn
- Acid reflux

Pantoprazole: Reduces gastric acid production by inhibiting the hydrogen-potassium ATPase enzyme system in the stomach lining.
Domperidone: Increases the movement of food through the stomach and intestines, reducing symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and reflux.
- Usually take one capsule daily, at least 15-30 minutes before meals.
- Regular monitoring is required to avoid potential side effects.
- Monitoring is necessary as prolonged use can lead to low magnesium levels.
- Signs of low magnesium levels (tiredness, abnormal muscle movements, dizziness, confusion, disorientation, irregular heartbeat)
- Caution should be taken when used with anticoagulants as it can increase the risk of bleeding.
- Take the medication at the same time every day to maintain consistent levels in your system.
