Seroxyn is a combination inhaler containing Salmeterol (long-acting β2-agonist) and Fluticasone Propionate (inhaled corticosteroid). It is used for:
Asthma – when regular treatment with inhaled corticosteroids alone is insufficient or when already controlled on both drugs
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Not for relief of acute asthma attacks – use a rescue inhaler for sudden symptoms.
