- 0.6 ml: Enoxaparin Sodium BP 60 mg (6000 anti-Xa IU)
- 0.8 ml: Enoxaparin Sodium BP 80 mg (8000 anti-Xa IU)
Enoxaparin Sodium, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), exhibits high anti-Xa activity and minimal anti-IIa activity. It prolongs clotting time and prevents clot formation by inhibiting specific clotting factors, primarily in the liver.
